A local artist unveiled her mural masterpiece at community service organization today. Eli Frantzen dedicated her mural to the first Executive Director of the Monticello Area Community Action Agency, Jay Warrall.

The MACAA has helped low-income families become self-sufficient for the last 40 years. Some said the mural is big enough to brighten anyone's day.

"My first impression is what gaiety!. What what joy it adds to the scene," said Warrall.

"It's MACAA's 40th anniversary this year and so it was simply something I could do to give back," said Frantzen.

Jay Warrall was also honored at the unveiling today for his work as one of the founders of MACAA.
