A Greene County man charged with shooting his nephew made an appearance in court today. A judge set bond at $25,000 for Edward "Oscar" Raines.
Raines allegedly shot and wounded his nephew, Charles Keneson outside Keneson's home on Monday. The two were said to be arguing over ownership of a home.
Along with the bond requirement, Raines must also hold a job, remain under supervision while living with his brother, and have no contact with the victim.
