A female lost control of their Jeep Wranger and crashed into a house on Greenbrier Drive tonight. It all happened not far from Rio Road a little after 6 p.m. Police say the occupant of the house was uninjured, however, the structure is another story.

"What we have at this point is some structural damage to the corner of the building," said Joshua Davis, Fire Captain Charlottesville Police Department. "The occupant that is living in the building is not going to be able to occupy the building tonight. We have arranged for them to go somewhere."

The driver was sent to the hospital but did not have any life threatening injuries.
