Goode Visits Clean Room Facility

Congressman Goode toured a local bio-tech center's clean room facility on Avon Court Monday.

The center is used as a sterile environment for human drug trials.

"I wanted to visit Afton Scientific to see what they did to learn something about the biotech industry and its impact on the Charlottesville area," says Goode.

Afton Scientific's class 100 sterile production facility is the only facility of its kind in Virginia.
