Officers responded to an accident just a few miles from another one on Route 22 today. This one involved a tractor-trailer and minivan.
The two vehicles collided near the Interstate 64 Interchange at Richmond Road in Albemarle County. The accident backed-up traffic for miles around Pantops.
There were no serious injuries reported, and no word on citations for either drivers.
