Daylight Savings Is Getting a Set Back

Starting this November, we'll be springing earlier and falling back later. Congress is adjusting daylight savings in an effort to conserve energy.

According to the energy bill, daylight savings will begin three weeks early. It will begin the second Sunday of March and last one week longer, to the first Sunday in November.
