Update: Charlottesville Van Shooting Victim Dies; Arrests Made

The Charlottesville Police Department, with assistance from the Henrico County Police Department, have arrested three people in connection with the April 8th shooting in a minivan on Fairway Avenue.

The Police Department also announced Monday morning that Shawn Anthony Luck, one of the shooting victims, died at the University of Virginia Medical Center on Saturday.

Curtis Tyrell Montague, Jada Marie Dubrose Dickerson, and Candace Marie Williams have been charged with 1st Degree Murder, use of a firearm in the commission of murder, robbery, and use of a firearm in the commission of a robbery.

The three are also being charged with abduction and robbery for a unrelated robbery that occurred earlier that day in Charlottesville.
According to court documents the three robbed Antwan Tinsley of his cell phone, wallet, $212.00 in cash and his shoes.

Montague is 28-years-old and is from Richmond. Dickerson is 27-years-old and is from Albemarle County. Williams is 22-years-old and from Charlottesville. All are being held without bond pending a court appearance.
