The arrest came around 5:30 p.m. on Friday September 9th. Based on information from the state forensic's lab, police obtained a warrant for 37-year-old John Henry Agee charging him with rape.
This stems from an incident that took place on Sunset Place on September 3rd. Police are releasing few other details at this time.
Earlier this week, police arrested a different man who they believed to have been involved in the incident. They later released that man when DNA evidence did not match it to that suspect.
