To the joy of everyone, Harry the Hot Dog was recovered last week, but he was banged up.
The mascot for the All Good grocery store was found buried in an Albemarle County trailer park and Harry lost both his arms in the ordeal.
That's why local radio station hot 101.9 is sponsoring "Give Harry a Hand Day" on Saturday, May 17th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. from All Good groceries in Earlysville.
The money raised will help restore Harry to his original condition and benefit the UVa Children's Hospital.
