Two of the eight men involved in a Charlottesville drug ring were sentenced in federal court Tuesday.
Robert McDonald will spend 20 years behind bars for selling crack cocaine out of the Blue Ridge Commons public housing complex. He will serve 10 more years in jail for shooting his co-conspirator Diijon Timmons.
Timmons was sentenced to 20 years for his role in trafficking drugs from New York and distributing them in Charlottesville.
Six other men involved in the drug ring have also pleaded guilty and await sentencing.
