Traffic was shut down for more than an hour today on Madison Avenue after a tree caught fire.
Authorities say around 2 o'clock a limb broke, falling on a power line.
No homes were damaged and power to the area has been restored.
They shut off traffic at Madison and Preston Avenue until Dominon crews could trim back some of the other limbs.
