A sentence came down for one of three teens guilty of murdering a Crozet mom and setting her home on fire, which killed a toddler inside.

Rocky Fugett was sentenced to 140 years in jail. 65 years of that sentenced was suspended. He will spend 75 years in prison.

Fugett's sister, Jessica, was found guilty of two counts of murder last week and another teen Robert Davis pleaded guilty in this case.

All three teens intended to rob Nola Charles in February of 2003.

They entered her home, took a diamond ring and a few dollars in cash, stabbed Charles and set her home on fire.

Three children were left inside the home and Nola's three-year-old son Thomas died of smoke inhalation.

Jessica Fugett is scheduled for sentencing in February.
