The Charlottesville-Albemarle Regional Airport could experience some problems, that will not have to do with weather.
The airports Instrument Landing System, ILS, caused several delays and cancellation last week. The system allows pilots to land on the runway in inclement weather, when there vision is impaired.
The FAA, worked on the system this weekend, improving the ILS. Test will be administered on the repaired system on Tuesday.
It is advised to check all flight arrangements before leaving home.
You can log onto the airports Web site at www.gocho.com for delays or cancellations.
