Thanks to a donation the AIDS/HIV Services group can better serve their clients. The Newcomers Club of Greater Charlottesville awarded the non-profit group over $800 to buy food for their food bank.

The food bank helps low-income clients affected by HIV or AIDS.

"It seemed like an appropriate contribution to this great work that they're doing here," said Cindy Burket, President of the Newcomers Club.

The Newcomers Club also helps new residents adjust to the area.
