Lines are in place and the instructors are ready for curling lessons at the Main Street Arena.
Starting tomorrow at 8:00 p.m., you can learn the sport and practice on the ice.
Lessons will be every Monday until September 16th for $20 each.
Anyone high school-aged and above can team up and learn the sport. Arena employees say it's something perfect for non-athletes, too.
"It's an activity to do on the ice but you don't have to know how to skate, you don't wear skates you wear regular shoes," said Mark Brown, owner of Main Street Arena. "It's sort of like a cross between shuffleboard and bowling on the ice and it's very easy to learn how to play, you can play in a wheelchair, you don't have to be in great shape it's just sort of a fun, enjoyable winter activity."
The Main Street Arena opened Saturday to the public for skating and events through March.
