The maker of the contaminated pet food that caused the death of over 100 dogs nationwide has admitted they did not follow procedures.
After the Food and Drug Administration's report showed no test results for that batch of food, Diamond Pet Food acknowledged their mistake.
In January the company recalled 19 varieties of the pet food because the corn contained a deadly fungus.
