State Police say they have finished their review of the wrongful arrest of a University of Virginia student by Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) agents.
ABC will not release the findings of that review until an internal review is complete.
Officials with the ABC say they plan to release as much of both reviews as possible.
In April, 20-year-old Elizabeth Daly was confronted by ABC agents after they mistook sparkling water she had bought for beer.
Daly drove away with two passengers, and was charged for grazing two agents with her car. Those charges were later dropped.
Daly said she panicked because the agents weren't in uniform and on pulled a gun.
