Traffic alerts and detours continue in conjunction with the Route 250 interchange construction project.
Once again, the westbound onramp from Park Street to the Route 250 Bypass will close at 9 a.m. Monday. The closure will allow construction crews to install drainage structures and relocate a sewer line.
Detour signs are in place. Drivers can head eastbound on the bypass and make a U-turn at the Locust Street ramp.
The ramp is expected to be fully reopened by Wednesday at noon.
When crews closed the ramp two weeks ago, a 12-inch water main broke, sending water dozens of feet into the air. Crews had to use a tractor to deflect the water away from traffic on the bypass.
