Christmas Day is over and there are just 4 days until the new year. So when is it time to say lights out to the holiday decorations?
For some, decorating their home consists of a strand or two of white lights garland and a modest tree but others go all out.
Jeffrey Norford not only decorates his house, he gets in to character. "Well it started out with my godsons they wanted lights about 20 years ago. Each year they'd want more and more. About 14 years ago it started getting crazy."
Most people usually take holiday decorations down in early January. Traditionally, some wait until the 12 days are Christmas are over.
It's safe to say despite all of the hard work and preparation there's no competition compared to the happiness and excitement many homeowners feel after seeing someone enjoy their light display.
