A total of four people have now come forward claiming they were molested by a Culpeper pastor.

Charles Shifflet faces three new charges against him for child endangerment.

The child endangerment charge a federal offense, and brings Shifflet's total of charges to eight.

The alleged incidents range from 1986 to 1999.

Shifflet was arrested Monday night.

"He was detained in Culpeper County jail on no bond, but he went to court Tuesday morning, and a judge released him on a $5,000 secure bond," said Sheriff Lee Hart of Culpeper County.

The arrest was made possible with cooperation from the private citizens, and as part of the case's on-going investigation.
