The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors is still ironing out details on the 2006/2007 budget.

The group held their third budget work session Monday to go over a list of items, including public safety figures. One of their key decisions was whether to do anything this year with the property tax rate. The board however did not get to finish up, so they will hold another work session on Wednesday.

Albemarle County's proposed operating budget sits at about $259 million for 06/07.
