Local golfers teed it up for a good cause Monday morning.
The Charlottesville Professional Firefighter Association held its first ever golf tournament Sunday morning at the Spring Creek Golf Course at Zion Crossroads.
Eighteen teams competed in the tournament, which will benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Organizers hope to raise $7,000 from Monday's tournament, almost half their fundraising for the year.
