Charlottesville Police announced the arrest of Taneak Quvaughn Turner Monday morning. Officials say U.S. Marshals arrested Turner without incident Monday morning in Spotsylvania County.

The 19-year-old, who sometimes goes by Taneak Gilmore Neak, is charged with the first degree murder of 30-year-old Antonio Washington. Police say Turner stabbed Washington after a disagreement at Alhamraa Restaurant in the Ix complex on May 10.

A second man is also facing charges in Washington’s death. Antwan Terrell Roberts was arrested days after the attack at Wilton Farms Apartments in Albemarle County. Police say Roberts was present at the murder.

Both men are being held at the Charlottesville/Albemarle Regional Jail.
