A Democratic Senate hopeful spread his message in Charlottesville Friday.

Harris Miller toured the new transit center construction site. He's one of two democrats seeking the nomination to run against incumbent George Allen this fall. He also addressed voters in the Charlottesville Pavilion. Charlottesville is just one stop on Miller's "time for change tour."

“As the next U.S. Senator from Virginia, I will take that same 'can do' attitude to Washington D.C. Together we can make life better for people,” said U.S. Senate Candidate Harris Miller.

Miller drives a hybrid car and is campaigning on initiatives to address the energy crisis and environmental concerns.
