UVA students are due back on grounds this weekend, but international students started arriving Tuesday.
The University is helping them get here. "UVA Express" is a shuttle that runs from Dulles Airport to Charlottesville, free of charge.
This year, eight buses will pick up 100 students from 23 countries.
Students and faculty serve as volunteer drivers. This is the transportation program's second year.
