Three suspects tied to Waynesboro Police Reserve Captain Kevin Quick's death are scheduled to be in court Monday.

Leslie Casterlow, Halisi Uhuru and Anthony Stokes, Jr. were arrested February 6.

The three Northern Virginia residents are expected to appear in Goochland County General District Court via television from the Henrico County Jail.

They are each facing a charge of principle in second degree to the crime of murder during abduction. This means they have not been charged with killing Quick, but rather in association with his death.

The Commonwealth's attorney also added an additional charge of gang participation for all three suspects.

Quick went missing January 31 after leaving his mom's house in Afton to go visit his 4-month-old daughter in Albemarle County.

His body was found off Old Columbia Road in Goochland County the following Thursday.

Monday's court appearance is scheduled for 12:30 p.m.
