Learning how to protect yourself online. Wednesday morning Charlottesville kicks off Cyber Security awareness month.
Several local organizations will meet with the community Wed. morning to discuss cyber awareness activities planned for the month of October.
Organizers of a Charlottesville watch group say it only takes one weak moment to expose the wrong information.
"It brings forth the concept of who's really watching you online," said Marty Peterman, an IT Security Analyst. "You need to pay attention to what your doing online because you don't want to reveal information hat can damage you in the future."
Watch CBS19 News at 6:00 pm for a detailed look at Wednesday morning's Cyber Security forum.
