Ghouls, goblins, witches and maybe even a few Hannah Montana's were wandering the lawn today.
Parents brought their kids to trick or treat in Thomas Jefferson's Academical Village. As a tradition, students from different organizations were distributing candy from the rooms on the lawn. There was also entertainment from dance and a capella groups.
"I definitely think its safe. I think it is also nice that you can retreat to the lawn and let your kids run around and know that they're sort of corralled. Everyone around is kind of looking out for all the kids and that's a nice feature," said Francesca LoMonaco, a parent.
