Virginians, there is some good news, and bad news to tell you about concerning your health care costs.
Employers in Virginia are seeing a double digit increase in health insurance premiums, but not as high as in the past.
The Virginia Chamber of Commerce said, some businesses are seeing a 10.7 increase in their premiums this year, which is a little lower than a 10.9 increase of last year.
"We're also seeing an increase in the wellness programming, and the employer supported wellness programming. I think that's a very good sign for businesses especially the small businesses, said Sue Friedman of the Thomas Jefferson Partnership for Economic Development.
This is the fifth year in a row health care premiums have increased by double digits.
