Downtown Charlottesville shoppers are getting incentives to shop during the Mall Renovation Project.
While workers re-brick the Mall before the Spring, shoppers can park for up to four hours free in the Market Street and Water Street Garages.
All you have to do is show a paid receipt from a Downtown business from the same day.
The program runs until April 26th, which is about the time when the re-bricking project is scheduled to be complete.
