Former St. Anne's Belfield baseball star Kyle Long was arrested in Charlottesville on Drunk Driving Charges.
Long, who was expected to be a key player on Florida State's baseball team, has left the school, citing academic concerns. Long has returned to the Charlottesville area.
On Sunday, Long was pulled over by University of Virginia Police in the City of Charlottesville and arrested on drunk driving charges.
Mike Martin, Seminole Head Coach, said that Long was to play a key role in Florida State's pitching staff this season. He added that Long had a lot of promise.
