Members of New Fitness gym found locked doors when they showed up for a workout Tuesday morning.
The Charlottesville location that caters to women only was forced to close it's doors when the company went out of business. While the closure has been a headache for members, other gym owners are now seeing a flood of new business.
"We've seen an increase in volume to the club, groups of people coming over from New Fitness so we've set up a special package for them to come over here, a special welcome packet," Gold's Gym assistant manager Luther Utz said.
The manager of Gold's also said they had between 50 and 60 new members join since just Tuesday.
