ACCOMAC, Va. (AP) - Another abandoned structure on Virginia's Eastern Shore has been torched.
Virginia State Police say the latest fire occurred Sunday night at an abandoned structure containing a boat in Painter.
It's the 38th arson in Accomack County since Nov. 13. No one has been injured and all the structures have been abandoned.
Another abandoned building in Accomac was set on fire Saturday night.
Investigators believe most cases are the work of the same arsonist. But they aren't ruling out the possibility that some may be the work of a copycat.
A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
