A judge is considering whether Region Ten violated the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
The issue is whether Region Ten's board discussed items beyond the scope of personnel or legal issues during a closed meeting in February.
The Little High Area Neighborhood Association says it did.
"At this closed meeting they discussed Little High issues. They discussed other issues that they did not clarify they were going into a closed meeting to discuss,” said Lynne Sanders, a member of the Little High Neighborhood Steering Committee.
Little High wants the contents of the meeting revealed. They say they have no problem with Region Ten's mentally ill and disabled residents living in their neighborhood.
There is no word on when the judge will deliver his ruling.
