There are new developments in the case of a Charlottesville High School teacher accused of molesting a student.
A music teacher is being accused of improper sexual contact with a male student and it turns out this isn't the first accusation against Jonathan Spivey.
Sources now confirm that a second police report with complaints against Spivey was filed, approximately two years ago.
Spivey is the Choral Director at Charlottesville High School and the Minister of Music at the Mount Zion Baptist Church. The accusations in the report turned out to be unfounded. No charges were filed.
Now, Spivey is once again being investigated, after a male student came forward over a week ago with new accusations against him.
Spivey has not reported to work in over a week, a substitute is filling in. However, school officials still would not confirm if any disciplinary action has been taken against the teacher.
