A Charlottesville group is accusing Senator George Allen of breaking an agreement with one of his television ads, but the campaign says it will not pull the commercial.

The League of Women Voters of Virginia says it improperly uses footage from their televised debate, which both candidates agreed not to use.

However, the Allen campaign cites that Webb first broke the agreement when a blog, that receives funding from his campaign, already linked to debate footage.
