Chipotle Mexican Grill, in the Barracks Road Shopping Center, opened its doors for the first time.
To celebrate the grand opening, Chipotle offered free burritos. The lunch time rush had people waiting in long lines out the door.
The manager said when the store is officially up and running it will be the biggest moneymaker for the mid-Atlantic. "We made a lot of burritos. We rolled out about 300 to 400 an hour and we did this for nine hours," said Barry Gahagan, the Marketing Manager.
The only way to avoid the long line is to fax in an order or order online.
