A Virginia native is under investigation by federal officials after he said he was only trying to help them out.
Twenty-four year old Christopher Soghoian is accused of making fake boarding passes, and putting a link for others to do it on his website.
Soghoian is originally from Charlottesville. He says he was trying to point out weaknesses in security, but the Federal Bureau of Investigation has seized his computers and other items from his home.
