A man visiting the hospital at the University of Virginia had to admit himself after crashing his van while trying to leave.
Hospital officials said he drove his van into a wall outside the hospital's doors.
The man was trying to back out of his parking spot when he put his van into drive instead of reverse, and hit the gas pedal.
There was damage to the wall, but the man was not seriously hurt.
