Dr. Dolly Garnecki operates a blog called "Traveling with Baby." She's a local chiropractor with a practice in Albemarle County who writes about the adventures of her family and includes tips for taking kids on the road. One of her recent posts is about taking a child to Monticello.
She told us, "This year, I'm not going to be doing a ton of traveling with my son, so I thought it would great to feature a lot of different things we can do in our community that I thought most communities would have as well. Granted, not everybody is going to have a Monticello, but everybody is going to have a fire department, everyone most likely has an airport within reasonable distance and there are a lot of other places we can visit as well."
Dr. Garnecki's blog was featured Tuesday (5/26) on the blogging segment with Marijean Jaggers on CBS19 News at 6.
