A former Charlottesville pastor facing child pornography charges waived his court appearance Monday.
Fifty-three-year-old Gregory Briehl is facing charges on 20 counts of child porn.
The former Peace Lutheran Church associate pastor was found guilty in September of using hidden cameras to videotape his house guests. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail.
No trial date has been set on the child porn charges, but his next court appearance is scheduled for December 4th, 2006.
