Hundreds of you who receive ABC16 over the air using the analog antenna have called and written us. Following a fire at our Carter's Mountain transmitter site, we began broadcasting digitally on Channel 16 in an effort to continue delivery of our signal to as many people as possible.
WVAW engineers were able to repair the analog transmitter and get it back on the air. We would like to thank our viewers for their continued support and kind messages through this problem and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
