David Slutzky has developed "" A way for registered Rio district voters to offer their opinions and viewpoints on certain issues. By polling voters about different issues, Slutzky says his vote will be better based on resident opinion.

"I think it's an incredibly interesting potential tool to encourage participation because if community members think they can actually directly influence how their representative vote on a hot issue then they're engaging in a dialog with their government," Slutzky said.

The website will be completely up and running by January 1st, but Rio district residents can sign up to join the "village" now.
