Update: The Virginia Department of Transportation is reporting that all lanes have reopened on Route 29 at the Interstate 64 interchange. The detour for southbound Route 29 traffic has been removed. No traffic congestion is reported in the area at this time.
All lanes of Route 29 southbound were blocked, as well as the ramps serving I-64 west and Route 29 south, beginning at approximately 9:30 this morning due to an overturned tractor-trailer truck.

A tractor-trailer truck hauling sawdust crashed at about 9 a.m. on Route 29 south of Interstate 64. Police shut down the southbound lanes to clean up the wreckage. Authorities have also closed the westbound ramps from Route 29 onto I-64. Route 29 northbound is open.
Cleanup continues at the crash site, but as of 12:45 pm, it's not known how long Route 29 will remain closed. Police worked to get the driver free from the truck, which was on its side.
All southbound traffic on Route 29 is being routed onto I-64 west to exit 114 at Ivy. Traffic should exit there and reenter I-64 eastbound to Route 29 south at exit 118.
Emergency crews are working to remove the truck and clean up the load. Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
