Shadwell Shooting
An Albemarle County shooting hospitalized one man.

Albemarle County Police are looking for suspects after a shooting near Shadwell. It happened shortly after midnight on Saturday morning. Police say the victim was shot at least once in the chest.
Witnesses were taking the victim to the hospital when he began to lose conciousness. They called for hlep and stopped at the Shadwell food store. The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, but is expected to survive.
