Gray, who is already on death row for the murders of a Richmond family pleaded innocence today in the slaying of Warner.
Gray is scheduled to stand trial July 30th for the first degree murder of the 37 year old mother of three.
Warner was found hanging in her burning basement on December 18, 2005.
Authorities believe that Warner was the ninth victim Gray claimed during a killing spree that lasted between November 2005 and January 2006.
In October Gray was sentenced for killing Bryan Harvey, his wife Kathryn, and their two daughters Stella and Ruby on New Years Day 2006.
Gray's Attorney, Kevin Smith, says he plans to move for a change of venue.
Gray has already confessed to multiple killings including the murder of the Harvey family.
