Today the jury found Derek Gavegnano guilty on four counts of possessing child pornography and found him not guilty on three other counts.
Gavegnano, a National Ground Intelligence Center analyst, took the stand yesterday defending himself. He said he didn't know he downloaded the graphic pictures.
Gavegnano was arrested in 2005. The charges stem from incidents in alleged in 2003.
He could face between five and 40 years in prison.
