A 16-year-old student is being charged with murder after allegedly stabbing a classmate at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School.
The victim, a 15-year-old freshman, was stabbed after a fight broke out between him and the suspect.
District Attorney Gerard Leone said that the fight was an "isolated incident" between the two students.
The victim was brought to Emerson Hospital in Concord from the high school and was pronounced dead at 8:12 a.m.
The school, which has about 1,600 students, is 17 miles west of Boston.
