Dimmed lights and a locked door, that was the scene at Wild Wing Café around one o'clock this morning, a time when most bar patrons here are still enjoying their evening. This was just one of many establishments that decided to call it a night just a little earlier than usual.

"We closed about a half hour early, yeah, it was a lot less than usual but we still did alright" said Ryan Fox, bartender at the C & O Restaurant.

We caught up with Ryan Fox walking home from his job at the C & O restaurant

"I didn't have a car down there and I didn't want to have to ask anyone to drive in this weather" said Fox.

For those who didn't want to brave the elements, delivery was definitely an option.

"It was pretty busy until that point so, we kept on cranking it out. We were taking about four or five deliveries at a time" said Ben Davenport, Jimmy John's delivery driver.

And while driving carefully helped this driver make a little more than usual, Jimmy John's management thought it best if their drivers stayed off the roadways.
