Teen In Jail After Police Chase

A 15 year old boy is in jail, after allegedly leading police on a chase, that started in Albemarle County, and ended near the Madison County line.

This all started when police were looking into reports, that a teen runaway stole a car.

They got a report of another stolen car, and when they tried to pull it over, the teen driver took off.

He eventually flipped over in a corn field.

The teen wasn't hurt, but he is facing several charges, including 4 counts of felony assault, 2 counts of vehicle theft, and felony elude.
